Five Rituals



The ancient Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercises reported to be more than 2,500 years old which are said to be a form of Tibetan yoga similar to the yoga series that originated in India.
The Five Rites and traditional Tibetan yoga both emphasize "a continuous sequence of movement". Although the Rites have circulated amongst yogis for decades, it has gained prominence only recently.
The benefits most likely to be achieved are increased energy, stress reduction, and an enhanced sense of calm, clarity of thought, increased strength and flexibility, resulting in an overall improvement in health and well-being.

When you reach your destination, you will have a representation of something meaningful and personal - a snapshot of you for a brief moment in time expressed through your mandala. This workshop invites you to explore your soul through mandala painting.
The practice of painting is joyful, healing and meditative. Through guided meditations we'll contact our creative source, the inner artist that resides in us all.


Zumba



Zumba should be one of your easy choices in corporate wellness programs. Regular Zumba workouts will assist your employees or fellow workers to get fit and healthy, have fun as well as foster a productive and positive work environment.
