Rural Impact
Rural Impact Team Engagement is an initiative to initiate, impact and implement better living for the communities in villages.
Clients can look at the best ways to be involved and even make a difference by devoting an entire day at a village, working together for a common goal.
The are many number of ways to get involved, come together, contribute and make this world a better place.

Based on a consensus and in discussion with the village panchayats, we prioritise requirements. And thus a project is born.
Implementation is the responsibility of the community and our team, as is the monitoring of milestones and the other aspects. Monitoring entails physical verification
of the progress and the actual output of the project.
Village meetings are held periodically to elicit feedback on the benefits of our community programmes and the areas where these need to be beefed up.
We try and ensure that while in the short term we have to do enormous hand-holding, the projects become sustainable by the beneficiaries over the long haul. Once this
stage is reached, we withdraw. In this way we do not build a culture of dependence, instead we make the villagers self-reliant.

The Outdoors Project
Evidence and research shows connecting with nature really works. Free play in the outdoors is good for social and emotional development, improves self-awareness, and makes children more co-operative.
A study concluded that: "Children will be smarter, better able to get along with others, healthier and happier when they have regular opportunities for free and unstructured play in the out-of-doors."
The Outdoors Project hopes to bring outdoor education in the lives of children in remote villages with strong helping hands from corporate organisations.

The Outdoors Project is an initiative that brings this wonderful world of outdoors and adventure to ALL.
The unique blend of education, growth opportunities, and fun that is designed into our program makes it extremely rewarding trip for children.
We work with teachers and administrators to customize a program that fits the needs of their students from NGO's across the country.
We are excited to introduce outdoor skills to as many children as we can, exposing even more students to outdoor education and the joys of adventure and nature.

Team Up To Clean Up
A community clean up is a great way to improve the environment and work alongside colleagues and members of the community on a "hands-on" service project.
The project would involve clearing the environment of non biodegrable trash and dispose it responsibly.
Its often surprising what big teams can do to make a difference by working together to clean-up a national park, beach, nature trail or a public place.
Also, a fun team game is possible while doing the clean-up that keeps everyone motivated !
Every successful project begins with a vision and effective planning. 'Team Up to Clean Up' equips Corporate Coordinators with project planning assistance to assure that your event is the best it can be and will achieve your project goals.
After you apply for the project, we will guide you with the planning, and comprehensive template for planning a community volunteer event.
It also provides resources for working with volunteers and local administrators for their support.
Depending on whether your project is small or large, rural or urban, and closed or open to the public, we will suggest a team plan for the day to make maximum impact.
Community clean up projects can include:
- Removing debris from a roadway, waterway, nature trail, school, or train station.
- Clearing debris away after a heavy rain, flood or major festival.
- Raking leaves or clearing walkways.
- Responsible removal of non-biodegradable trash from green spaces.
- Removing graffiti from public buildings, bridges, or fences.
- Landscaping a public area.
